Hostel regulations

  1. The hostel reception is open 24 hours a day.
  2. Check-in time is from 2 p.m. to 10 a.m. on the following day. Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged in advance.
  3. Hostel rooms are rented upon presentation of an identity card or passport and payment for the entire stay.
  4. The hostel's reception staff reserves the right to refuse to check in a guest who is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, or who drastically violates the rules of personal hygiene.
  5. The accommodation price includes bed linen and towels.
  6. The stay of children up to the age of 3 years (36 months) is free of charge as long as they occupy a bed with one of their parents or guardians.
  7. The stay of animals in the hostel must be agreed with the reception staff each time. Depending on the species and size of the animal, the reception staff may charge an additional fee of PLN 50.

    Reservations need to be confirmed by paying a reservation fee to our bank account in the amount of 50% of the total price - payment should be made within 3 working days of booking or any other date agreed with the hostel staff. The remaining amount should be paid at the hostel reception during check-in. Failure to make payment by the deadline will result in cancellation of the booking.
  9. The booking may be cancelled or changed at the latest 48 hours before the arrival date. The booking fee is then refunded in the amount of 50 %. If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the arrival date, the booking fee is then refunded in full.
    The booking fee is non-refundable and non-refundable for individual bookings on special dates (e.g. so-called "long weekends", "May Day", New Year's Eve, etc.).

  10. A buffet breakfast is available for an additional charge of PLN 30 per person and is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Upon prior arrangement with the reception staff, the breakfast serving times can be individually tailored to guests' wishes. It is free of charge for children up to the age of 3 (36 months).
  11. The hostel has its own monitored car park open 24 hours a day and is charged at an additional rate of PLN 30 per day. For bookings over PLN 1,000, parking is free of charge (does not apply to bookings made through external intermediary portals such as Booking.com).
  12. Curfew is in force from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. During this time, non-registered persons are not allowed on the hostel premises.
  13. The presence of non-registered persons (visiting guests) must be agreed with the hostel staff in each case. These persons are the responsibility of the guest for whom the reservation was made.
  14. The behaviour of hostel guests must not disturb the peace and safety of other guests and hostel staff. The hostel staff has the right to refuse further stay to a person who violates this point. The fee paid for the stay is then non-refundable.
  15. The guest of the hostel is fully responsible for any damage or injury occurring during their stay and caused by them and their guests or visitors.
  16. The hostel is monitored and remains under agency protection.
  17. For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use electrical appliances (heaters, hairdryers, irons, etc.) that are not hostel equipment on the hostel premises.
  18. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and the use of open flames is strictly prohibited throughout the hostel.
  19. You must leave your key at the reception each time you leave the hostel and at the end of your stay. An additional fee of PLN 100 will be charged for a lost key.
  20. Should guests find any damage or faults in their room, they are requested to report them immediately to the hostel reception staff at check-in. Failure to do so will mean that there are no such faults or damage.
  21. The hostel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms.
  22. Items left by guests at the end of their stay will be kept for 7 days. During this period, please contact reception to arrange a date and method of collection. After this period they will be disposed of and can no longer be retrieved.
  23. Hostel staff ask you to keep your rooms and public areas tidy and clean.
  24. The hostel's management and staff make every effort to provide the highest quality of service. Should you have any reservations or comments, please report them to the reception desk, which will allow us to respond immediately.
